2023 SUMMER CAMPS

Deft Touch Soccer Center is proud to announce our Soccer Training Academy.

Our intense soccer camp is designed to meet the needs of today’s players. The focus of our camp will be on Speed, Agility, Coordination, Technical Skills, and Tactical Awareness while using match related situations to increase their awareness.

This Academy is designed for the motivated player who wishes to take their game to the next level.

Each camp session is designed to limit the number of players in each camp group, offering a higher coach to player ratio.

CAMP CURRICULUM:

DYNAMIC WARM-UP: Sport specific movements designed to use the Soccer ball to improve a players balance, rhythm and coordination.

TECHNICAL TRAINING: Calculated break down of the entire technique into isolated movements so the player can see success in each skill or technique.

DRIBBLING & FEINTING: Repetitive skill movements designed to enhance a players comfort on the ball while performing dribbles, turns, upper and lower body movements in pressure situations.

GOING TO GOAL: Games and drills designed to increase a players confidence in creating and executing scoring opportunities.

3v3 & 5v5 SMALL SIDED GAMES: Practical games related to all facets of the Academy training while applying them in a competitive environment.   

GOALKEEPER TRAINING (AVAILIBLE IN SUMMER CAMPS ONLY):  Repetitive fundamental movements to improve goalkeepers Technically, Tactically and Psychologically.  Focusing on ball handling, collapse dives, footwork, angles 1v1, perrying and other fundamental needs of the modern goalkeeper.

Each player signed up for the Camp will receive:

1 training t-shirt.

Players must wear camp Deft Touch T-shirt and are encouraged to wear cleats (Arbor Park location), indoor soccer shoes (Deft Touch SC location) and shin guards every day.
